There's only 2 times people worry, and both times are wrong or inappropriate: 1) People worry about things they have no control over and can do nothing about ( If that's the case, and it's out of your hands, you're wasting your time worrying about it!) 2) People worry about things they can do something about. and that's inappropriate, too. (If you can do something about the situation, quit wasting time worrying about it, and do whatever it is you can do about it) So, actually everything is pretty well up to you. You've got to prioritize your time and activities. Decide what you want, how bad you want it, and how hard you are willing to work to achieve your goals. Get rid of the things that are loading you down and getting you nowhere, and concentrate on the things that make a difference..that means from studies, to friends to social life etc. I won't wish you good luck; that's a joke; but I will wish and hope for you that you make the right choices. Big task, but go for It!

Stressing about something will not help you get through what it is you are stressing about.. Best to relax, figure what it is you need to do to resolve what it is your are stressing about..

school is super stressful, right? i mean we have tests and homework and then there’s the social life we ‘have to’ keep up. sometimes, though, you have to think about it realistically. if you fail this test, what’s really gonna happen? i mean, how bad is it actually gonna be? this one test is not going to affect your entire future with careers or anything you want to do in the future. you have to always put your emotional and mental health first. if studying all night and stressing about school is going to make you feel kinda bad the next day, why do it? school isn’t forever, enjoy it right now while you can. don’t stress about grades and jobs and homework because there really isn’t any point. if you’ve tried hard, that’s all the really counts.

Its It's difficult to stop stressing about school. There are some ways to limit the stress school causes. First you have to figure out what is causing the stress. Example if it's the work load organizing with a to do list maybe a key. As things are checked off the list it begins to show progress and at times stress becomes a little less. If it's time management, maybe setting a certain amount of time for only study session a day is key. This can help with time management and schedules. School stress can also be caused from topics that are not quite understood. Study groups can sometimes help with this or studying in a library where more resources are available as needed.
