In the world today there is a demand for many things. But probably the most demanding thing of all is appearance. People expect you to look your best all the time. It does not matter where they are, or what time it is, they are going to look around and people are going to be dressed up like they are models. Another one of society’s demands is the demand for weight loss in the world. How many times can someone turn on the television without seeing an ad for some weight loss program or some fitness equipment? So I decided to try to lose weight so that I could fit in, so I thought. The cause for me to lose weight was to be healthier, have more people notice me because I am a nice person and not because I am fat, and have more self-esteem about myself in the world.
When I did any type of physical movement I would lose my breath or my heart would go crazy, like I had just run a mile. High blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease are all prevalent in my family genetics, so I decided it was time for change or I was going to be in the hospital, or even worse I was going to end up dead. So being healthy was my main reason to lose weight. I have been eating better and running for over a year now, and I am so pleased with the results. I was scared that I was not going to wake up the next morning because I smothered in my sleep. My uncle is getting a surgery to help him lose weight, and I am scared to death for him. This surgery is really dangerous and there is a chance of death. I lost the weight by just eating better and being more active, so I know that anyone can do it if they put their mind to it.
Walking through the hallways at school, people would always stare and make remarks. There is no way that I can be positive that they were talking about me, but I was never comfortable around other people because of that reason. Now when I go somewhere, I am not worried if other people are talking about me beca
It can sometimes hit you all at once! But remember that everyone comes in and out of your life for a reason and when one slot opens up, someone will fill it quick!
That sounds really hard to handle. I know I have woken up and felt like my whole world had come crashing in. Sometimes the best option is to simply feel what you are feeling in that moment. It is not always fun to let ourselves just be sad but it is natural. Being mindful and in the moment can really help us get in touch with why we are feeling a certain way. This can be caused by stress. Especially, if you dreaming of being isolated or shut off from other people. It can be scary... Try to remember that is was just a dream.
This is a sign of depression, these are the insecurities that make you feel less confident and low on self-esteem, but it doesn't mean you have no worth, you are stronger than your demons.
i can understand. Don't feel bad my friend. Everyday is a new beginning. U should think that, things will be better than they were yesterday. Then start your day with a refreshing mind.

You may wake up suddenly feeling you lost every person in your life because you said or did something you didn't mean to so you than as you're sleeping are having a replay of the events leading up to why you did it and seeing the cause and effect part of the situation.
