We wake up earlier than we wished because maybe we are stressed, overwhelmed, or waiting for something to happen. This also happens because we feel tension.

Maybe waking up earlier than you wish to has become a habit. Perhaps your mind and body are now accustomed to this, and I would think maybe trying to adjust slowly to perhaps gong to bed earlier a little bit at a time might be of use to you in this

Assuming you're not just setting your alarm a little early, it could be a consequence of stress, or even a conditioned response from waking up earlier in the past.

Sometimes your mind is too restless to sleep, rest and wake up at the proper time. This is normal.

Sometimes our internal clock is just awake earlier. I know that sometimes I'll stay up fairly late and then wake up around like eight or nine in the morning when I know I'm very tired and need more sleep. Those things happen, if you're worried you can see a doctor about it or sleep at earlier times? Or maybe stay up later and maybe that'll help make you sleep in longer?

It could be many different reasons, our body has a biological clock inside of us, which usually wakes us up. However, there are many influence which are related to sleeping. For example: Stress, type of food, worries in general and many other reasons. That is why its important to have a look at your personal life to find out some of these factors, which can be related to your question. Try some relaxing exercices, which seven cups offer, also read before sleep instead of watching TV, has shone to improve sleeping... I hope those ideas can help you.... Take care Best Wishes
