I love late nights and early mornings. How can I enjoy my favorite times of day and still lead a responsible life?

One way would be to divide up your time to experience both. For example if you work weekdays get to bed early and enjoy your early mornings. Then save your night owl tendencies for the weekend.

You can lead a responsible life by balancing your priorities and responsibilities in a acceptable and effective way of living without lacking any sleep and/or being deprived of wellness and happiness.

Plan your day. Make time for yourself either early in the morning, or late at night, and do something for yourself; something that will let you enjoy that special time. Try, however, not to disrupt your sleep. If you're having a late night, try not to have an early morning the next day. Good quality sleep helps to maintain a healthy mind.

Limit yourself :) If you have nothing to do the next day (typically weekends and bank holidays) feel free to kick it and stay up! If you have something to do the next day, time it so that you have a decent amount of sleep to which you can function normally, and how late you enjoy staying up!

You could have short naps. That'd be one way of allowing you still get the required rest that you need to get on with your day!

By doing the things you love at that those times. Do you like reading a book? Or maybe make something. These times are the most peaceful moments to use them for.

Limit your late nights to have them on weekends, that way you will enjoy your weekends more and the days you have off more too!

You can still lead a responsible life by having the late nights and early mornings at different dates, so for example your out with your friends and dont get back till about 2 in the morning, the best thing to do is to get the same amount of sleep as you would on a normal days sleep.

I am the same way. I manage my tasks responsibly and effectively and then sometimes find a chance to nap in between the day. Just for an hour. I learn to plan and juggle things accordingly

Organize your time so that you have time to do the things that you love. If your sleeping habits are the issue at hand, research power naps during the day and short deep sleep during the night, so you get most of your time spent in bed..

Oh to be young again! In my youth, I could stay up all night. Catch some sleep at 5am and be at work by 7am. After a few years, you'll see; it goes away on it's own.

It's good to try and consider a responsible routine. It is important to try and get around 8 hours of sleep, each day. Although it's best that rest is received in one go, napping at certain hours during the day may be a practical alternative.

Maybe pick one or two days during the week to wake up early. Your late nights could be on Friday and Saturday nights.
