The people who believe that there not good enough most likely with believe there lies. Your good enough for a pot of people who don't get that twisted with others who try to weaken your mind because they are hurting inside themselves. When you feel this way make a list about all the people you could hurt if you left them. A lot of people feel like they're not good enough but let me tell you something I believe that you're good enough for anyone and everyone. Don't let Anyone make you believe you not good enough because of what you truly believe is your flaws.

People, especially those with a hard childhood are a lot more self critical. They ask out of themselves way more than how much they ask of other people. So they find themselves thinking that they are not good enough compared to others but they judge themselves on a very different scale. What do you pretend from yourself? What do you pretend from others? Tou have to learn to be nice to yourself and let yourself not be perfect. Put yourself on the same level as others. You are worth more than you think, at least as much as others.

You don’t have to be good enough for anyone. Being yourself is the best gift you can give someone. If they do not appreciate you as you are then don’t waste your time and effort on them. Self esteem issues are hard but you can build your self esteem up by reading self help books. One I recommend is called “You are a Badass” by Jen Sincero. Also you can eat right, exercise and take time for self care. You are the only “you” this world will ever have and you are a gift to those around you. Present your gift to the world!
