Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I guess if it is like a friend or family, check to see if they are okay. If it is like an significant other-turned-ex or a potential love interest who is suddenly ghosting you, then you have to ask yourself is this all worth the worry to ask "what should i do?" Keep yourself busy, and don't think about when the person will answer. They will reconnect with you if or when they do, but at the meantime, you can go and focus on you and not be bogged down by un-responded conversation.

you delete that message and try and move forward, this person has chosen to ignore your message they dont deserve your time
If you are sure this person is okay then the next step would probably be to ask yourself, 'What are my choices?" and "What have I already tried?".
I do a check up to see how they are doing, sometimes people ignore or let it go the matter depending on how they are feeling, but there is no better feeling than someone who cares about you coming to your way
