Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I think the best way is to first ask yourself what you really want. Like, you can try weighing out the good stuff and the bad stuff, and then talk it through with him/her. Unless you know what you want, you won't know what to fight for. And it is not something that is that easy to do either, and you might go through a tough time, trying to put it all together and rooting through everything that happened. Just remember that we are here for you and that you are never alone, and you can always rely on us and your family and friends for emotional support.

may i ask what is the cause of the rift between you and your ex partner, and do you feel it would benefit your wellbeing my intention is to support you and be a sounding board to help you come to any choices in your life, having a ear to sound ideas and problems off of is a very helpful resource and i want to help you come to the decision that is right for you think of me as a team mate who is your own personal cheerleader who genuinely wants whats best for you. so when you are ready to talk i am ready to listen.

First of all, yes. You can fix any situation if you really want to. Have a conversation together. Open up your feelings. Do not be judge. Do not interrupt. Let who ever turn it is to talk, to talk. Give them your full and undivided attention. Ask them how they feel about things. Give constructive feed back. Be calm, be present, and be attentive. Figure out solutions that work with each other. Do not give up. Keep trying and brain storm. Set boundaries. Make a set of rules. Go over consequences if rules are broken. Be courteous to each other.
