Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

You are more than worth it! Yes, you can take accountability for things that go wrong in your relationship, but don’t let it get to the point where your partner can never admit to being wrong. There is always two sides. There is someone out there who is searching for that ‘trouble’ you say your cause and will love every battle and every war they go through with you. Taking accountability is greatly appreciated as a human being in general, but it can lead to feeling of worthlessness if others take advantage of it. Don’t let it boo you got this and I know your worth it!

Everyone is worthy of love. I understand you feel you cause trouble in your relationships. Do other people feel you are unloveable due to that trouble? Or have you made that up in your mind that because you are causing trouble that makes you unloveable? In most cases, people who cause trouble, are still loved, and are loveable. It is the perception that they are unloved that perhaps causes some of the acting out. It is worth asking yourself, how come you cause trouble? If in fact you are causing trouble? And asking yourself how come you think that mistakes and misunderstanding make you think that you are unloveable? Do you stop loving someone when they do something wrong? Or do you usually get upset or frustrated, yet still love them? And remember that you also have to FEEL that you are worthy of love in order to feel the love that is being offered. You are loved here, so please take the time to think through these questions and explore more, so that you feel the love that is offered to you.

You shouldn’t question your worth based off another person or relationship, regardless of who that person would be with there would still be ‘problems’ so I can tell you that the problem isn’t really you, just don’t question your worth, learn to love yourself enough to know that with or without a relationship you’ll still survive and you’ll still be happy without relying on someone else to make you happy relationship or not you shouldn’t be feeling this way and if the person who you’re with is making you feel this way that also goes to show that you’re not the problem
