Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

People process events differently. Two siblings can experience the same event and one will develop PTSD while the other processes it like a normal memory. There are many factors that play a part in that. To answer your question, it depends on how you processed it. There are online ptsd quizes you can take for free. You'd still have to talk to a professional for the official diagnosis.
Any event that is traumatic to you, can cause you PTSD. It depends on your own standard of harm. Some people handle things differently than others.
I don't know what happened to you but, yes, it is possible. PTSD ususally identified by the impact that you have experienced in your day to day life after the event. PTSD has a few varieties, with differing levels of severity though. if you are worried that you just don't quite fit the PTSD profile, it could be "lower grade" version of it, so to speak, although those acronyms are not as well known the general populace. talk to a therapist if you are concerned. what matters Is getting yourself back to a state where you can enjoy life, not what set of letters describes your broken state. good luck ♡ :)

How do I identify a trigger? Three therapists had to tell me I have PTSD. I know that I had a rough childhood but I still feel like it's almost "dramatic" - I'm not military/first-responder/police etc. Why do I feel like this?I was traumatized as a kid during a fistfight with a peer. Even then, and especially now (4 years more mature) every time I mention it to my mom she isn't serious. How do I say I think I have ptsd? What if the person who traumatized me is in the family and I have to live with them? How can I heal from it?Does everyone who experiences something very traumatic develop PTSD?How do I know I am traumatized by something/someone/an event? How do I know if I had a traumatic experience?Loud noises seem to evoke thoughts of past trauma. Why?When working through trauma is it normal to feel like you've taken 5 steps backwards despite just struggling to take one step forward? Is there any way someone could provide me some resources for letting go? Meaning, of my past trauma. It has honestly impacted my habits and broke me down over the years without me knowing it.
