Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Being a mom is hard. Don't expect yourself to be perfect. Look at your baby when they are sleeping and remember you made them. They are alive and growing because of you. You are doing awesome.

As far as doing a good job you will see your children communicating more with you and will often consult you about their problems if they don’t that doesn’t necessarily a bad parent maybe they just don’t know how to express themselves. A positive attitudes isn’t exactly easy but think about how this will pay off. You will get to see them turn in to a man or woman and get to say you gave that person life. Children might not always say they love you but they do just make sure to pay attention to them and allow some space.
Know that what you are doing for yourself and your kids is amazing, meaningful and takes a very special person. Not everyone can do what you are doing. Every time you look at your kid's smile try to remind yourself that their smile is thanks to you and your hard work and perseverance. Also allow yourself to be happy and surround yourself with positive people and friends. Try to stay positive because you deserve it. Also, you are teaching your children so much about being a responsible adult, you are teaching them how to succeed in hard circumstances, you are teaching them about multi tasking. At the end of the day if your children are healthy, happy and falling into bed healthy and happy after another day of just being young then you’re winning.
Well, for starters, you need to know being a single parent is no easy task and having a caring attitude about doing a good job speaks volumes about how good of a parent you already are.
Life stressors will always be there, but being a single parent will add so much to it. One of the things people do to maintain a positive attitude is to take a pause and look around you. Your kid(s) is/are the moving force for everything you're doing, if they are alive, healthy and have a roof over-their-head and you are already doing the most essential things.
