Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I cant imagine how difficult that must be. Do you only have the panic attacks when you are in a crowd at the store? if so, is there a store near you opened for 24 hours? maybe you could go late or really early before a crowd is there and slowly work up to going when the store if full of people. Best Wishes!

Yes I have had the same issue, (am still a bit) Because the grocery store is where my first attack happened I avoided going there for a few months but the other day I faced it I went in and immediately started to have an attack but instead of leaving I thought about the things I needed to buy and told my self I will get one thing at a time, if at any time it became too much I would leave the other items and pay for what was in my basket after the 4th or 5th item my attack had passed and I done my whole shop and left feeling not only ok but so proud that it had not stopped me. Just recognise the attack, breath and distract. once your brain recognises the is no "real" danger you will be able to do this more easily.

Yes. Yes, you will. Someday you'll go to a grocery store and everything will be fine. I promise, it's gonna happen and it's gonna feel so good. Recovery is really hard. Anxiety is really hard to resolve. But if you keep working hard on it (it's not gonna be easy. It's never easy. But it's more than worth it) it will happen someday. Yes. I promise.

there's a possible one day, but it's more likely that you'll have an attack. But it's okay sometimes love dont worry. :)

It depends on why your panic attack happens in the first place, and always remember if you ever get the attack try giving your self some space from the crowd and from the thing that caused it and give yourself some time to recuperate.

Absolutely! I personally struggled with panic disorder for many years before utilizing various methods to learn to control this fear before having to be in public!
