Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I have helped and am helping people cope with loss, divorce, anguish and parenting. Depression is also a major issue that comes up.

Sometimes, your mind doesn't want to work in rational ways when you're, say, having a panic attack. The most important things to do in this situation would be to sit down and remind yourself that you're not in any harm. Your body gets panicked when it thinks it's in danger, even though you're probably not.

Because your panicking. Your brain has been hijacked by your fight or flight reflex and you feel unsafe. In these times we aren't in control, we are out of control.

I found my uncontrolled breathing being a part of anxiety, being overwhelmed. I also went to see someone as this scared me and found out my solution. I recommend seeking help as this can become scary

Breathing takes practice. A good thing to practice is mindfulness. There are several guides to mindfulness online.

There are moments in our lives where we can't control our actions, emotions, and such. Don't panic though, it's normal. Meditation can help calm your breathing, or even a happy memory. Try searching for a method that can calm you down, they really help!

Actually you can. But you don't want to. Human beings are amazing creatures. We have the power to do or be anything we want to. So by wanting enough and attempting a small steps increasingly, you'll get to anywhere you want to go.

You aren't able to control yourself and breathe because you've been triggered too much and you lost ways to help you relax.

You are testing your boundaries maybe, stressed and overthinking. Be a devil and dare yourself to find calm instead of fear for once. Stop apologising, catch the right train, avoid toxic people and environments. Shake them off and focus on you. It's all that matters in the end. Don't think of it as fighting or winning, just be. Respect others, keep your hopes up. Try holding your tongue still in your mouth, it stops inner chatter. Listen to rain or the wind. Hum, get a weighted blanket. Follow your instincts. . . . . . . . . . . .
