Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Close your eyes, and take a deep breath in slowly. Hold it in, and count to two, then release it slowly. Repeat six times. You're all set.

I take a couple of deep breaths, inhaling through nose and exhaling through mouth. Just concentrating on breathing usually helps-

If you are having difficulty breathing and have not been diagnosed as having panic attacks, it might be helpful to seek medical advice. If you cannot breathe right now, you will need to ring 911 for immediate help.

You must do your best to breath evenly. In through the nose and out through the mouth slowly and deeply. You should try sitting with both feet on the floor and focusing on this.

Mindful breathing tends to help me during times of anxiety. The easiest was to do this is to slowly breathe in through your nose, and exhale through your mouth a few times.
