Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Feel through yourself. Is it your body or mind reacting? Or both? How does they react? Stomachache, head hurting or feeling a different temperature inside (like getting all cold)? Does your mind start thinking negative thoughts? Like: "I would never be good enough?" or "It's all my fault" or does it start to rewind the past only focusing on the bad? Then take a deep breath and seek help! Because it's starting... And you need advice on how to handle it!

Just very small changes in your daily schedule can have a lasting effect on you feelings. This may not only be stimulated by an increase level in stress but also due to deficiencies in Vitamins and Hormones.

sometimes you relapse. sometimes you feel bad. everything you do is part of your recovery. if you have a strong want in yourself that you want to start, trust me, you will.
