It's always wise not to self-diagnose yourself a lot, since without a professional's help, you might create wrong ideas of your possible conditions.
Making yourself a personal checklist list and if most answers are positive its a big sign you have ocd. examples of such checklists can be found online. try a few of them, most will give you an answer after you filled them in, also read articles online. Do you recognize yourself in these signs?
Also ask help help from family members or your loved ones and end up with a list of behaviors you recognize yourself in.
1. Doing same activity any activity again even after completion. 2. Getting tensed if you are not doing any job/work/action in repetition. 3. Always look for 100% perfectness, even when it is not possible due to some external reasons. if not happened then upset and self blame. 5. involuntary checking time again if routine work is done or not (like water tap is closed or not even after closing or washing had again again even after cleaning the hand or checking the light switch off or not again again). Touching some portion of our own body time and again without any reason. when not able to do these routine due to some reason brings in the terrific withdrawal symptoms like anger, anxiety fear etc. these are all the some of the symptoms may be saying to go for further checkup to know OCD Diagnosis.
