Sometimes you suppress your feelings just to make it through the day. When you feel that you are in a safe place, it's easier to get into some feelings.
Your emotion may be scattered around everywhere at the moment. The important thing is, is to not stress about not feeling one thing. But for you realise everyone may feel like this at one point in their lives. And a lot overcome it.

Don't worry, I feel the same way too. It's hard to be able to put a label on every single feeling, so it's okay to feel confused sometimes. There isn't a need to label each and every emotion. Take a break and distract yourself from the conflicting emotions, like doing something that you like. I feel like this sometimes and the best thing I can do is to go watch cat videos to feel better. Maybe make some drinks that you like, or watch a nice movie. It's going to be okay, I promise you. You will get through it soon.
