Not being able to breathe provokes the "fight of flight" sympathetic nervous system response. Take deep, slow, controlled breaths until you feel more in control. remember to breath slowly in through the nose, then exhale slowly through pursed lips--like you are blowing out candles on a birthday cake. This will help you absorb more oxygen and eliminate carbon dioxide more efficiently.
When I'm feeling like I cannot breathe, firstly I examine my surroundings. If I feel like I am in a toxic environment, I move until I find a safe place. I take a glass of water and escape in my thoughts.
Try listening to your favourite music, go to a quiet place and relax. Take time to yourself, and breathe slowly :)
If you can't breathe, it's most likely going to be a panic attack. The best thing to do if you feel like you're panicking is just to slow down, and like you're doing on 7 cups, talk to someone about how you're feeling! Just remember nothing is permanent and everything bad or negative is going to come to an end eventually. Hang on in there!
Look into types of deep breathing which could aid in calming yourself down. Believe in yourself and know that you are in control. There are a lot of resources out there to help you in feeling more confidant. Research and trust in your abilities! Good luck
you should try relaxing and try to take a deep breathe... concentrate on other things.. things that are serious to you which make your mind divert from your current situation

I think about the things that make me happy, like my video games or the times when I smiled. I try to avoid any bad situation when I can't breath and count to ten.
write down what you feel. Take deep breathes, go get a shower, or a bath, listen to music, watch a movie, read a book and keep tell yourself that everything is okay, as long as i think it is.
I try and focus on the "here and now" and breath deeply to try and calm myself down. Thinking of positive things in relation to do with the situation and try to push forward.
This may sound obvious, but try your maximum to just breathe. To do anything, you need to live. To live, you need to breathe. In and out.
Now that that's taken care of. Whatever situation you are in, break it down and simplify it. Answer -- who, what, where, and why. Weigh your options.
Finally, decide and act.
This whole process will need some time getting used to. Initially you will have to force yourself to do it. However, given enough time, this will become second nature to you.
Hope this helps. â˜ºï¸ Stay strong.

If you are feeling intimidated and feel like you can't breathe you can either take a step back and think about why it left you in this position or going to a quiet place to help you figure it out too.
The first thing to do in this situation is to look around yourself, look at the things that surround you like beds, shelves, books, anything that you can touch. Start saying the names of those things out loud so that you can hear yourself. This is called grounding. After that try counting to five while inhaling and then hold for five and exhale for 5. It helps calm the mind and lets you slow your pulse and regain your ability to breathe normally. Something you could do while breathing is imagine you're somewhere else, just close your eyes and imagine you're on a beach or in the woods or even somewhere in the mountains, as high up there as you want. It's peaceful and beautiful.

When you feel intimidated and feel like you can’t breathe take a deep breath in and breathe out. Continue breathing. Feel your stomach to know that you are breathing. Remind yourself that everything is okay. Count to ten. Express your feelings to others. I enjoy journaling so I sit down to write my thoughts out when I experience these thoughts and feelings. Music also helps ease the mind. I’ve been told to drink water because that helps hydrate me. I add a drop of lime to my water to give it some yummy flavour. Over all I have to be me and breathe!
