Being happy is indeed a part of our life as it makes us embrace every positive things and also allows us to take sincerely our faults. Yet the road to be happy is a bit difficult yet its easy too, just you have to balance between the positive strength you have and embrace them always.
Remember that like a coin has two sides, every situation has two sides, its give two preference, either it provides grace and promotes us to move ahead or it provides us another chance to deal the thing in a better way .
Learn your hobbies and grow other hobbies, grab an instrument or learn a language, doing new things makes us happy cause we start as beginners yet when we succeed because of our hard work it provides the best motivation.
So lead your life , embracing your strengths, feel that life still believe in you, read this poem by Anita Krizzan -
“Don't close your door
when someone walks away.
Your wounds will heal
and summer wind will dry
your tears.
Don't close your heart,
surrender to the sea
of silky rose petals
and let the sun
tickle you.
Don't lose hope,
life still believes in you.
Darling, raindrops
are nothing but
diamonds tears from heaven
and when your sky is cloudy,
stars are painting
sparkly scenery for you.
Be patient.â€
Make a list every day of things that are happy, and move your body into positions that invoke happiness, like grinning your teeth and raising your arms.

You can learn to be happy again but taking small steps to doing what you love again or even trial and error, if you try an activity and don't like it the next time you try again you'll know what doesn't work for you at that point.
I understand how difficult it can be to become happy again. When something happens in life and we're unable to be happy, we kind of forget what happiness really is. But it's important to realize that even the littlest things can make us happy. We need to start appreciating the little things in life, the people around us, the blessings. We need to start being grateful. Little things, like sharing a good laugh with friends, or drinking a cold glass of water at night when you're extremely thirsty, or catching the bus right on time, or walking on fresh grass with your bare feet. These are things we need to be grateful of, and they in turn can make us happy.
I'm sorry you're not feeling happy. How long have you been feeling unhappy? Can you remember a time when you were happy? What did that look like? How is that time different from how you feel today? Are there actions you've tried to recreate those feelings? What is your support system like? Have you reached out to others in your life, and let them know how you are feeling? I think you are being very proactive in identifying, and being open about your feelings. I am proud of you. How do you feel about working together on a plan to reclaim that feeling of happiness?
