Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Parents want what is best for us. Sometime they don't always show it is the best ways. Maybe your parents tell you to study all the time is their way of telling you they want you to be successful in life. Good grade will lead to better things like a good job.

Parents tend to want their children to live the life they lived, or in many cases, live a better life than they lived. They can be very well-intended, but still have a hard time seeing beyond their own ideas of what the right path is, or the ways the world is different for youth today than it was when they were your age. They end up pressuring you to stay in the small channel of life as they understand it, rather than encouraging you to explore and find your own path.

Sometimes parents want the best for their children, particularly for the future and without realising it can cause pressure by indicating certain ways in which things should be done. You are probably worrying in case something goes another way that they do not like. Either way, parents will support you no matter what and you can only ever do your best. You have to do what makes you happy and not overexert yourself to suit what you think are their expectations.

You might feel this way because your parents have expectations of you. They wouldn't have them if they knew you couldn't fulfill them :)

So many times, parents want so much for their children to be successful that they lose sight of exactly how they are conveying that message. Their delight in your success gets shadowed by their eagerness for you to actually perform and it comes across as pressure. Unfortunately, sometimes too, parents do apply too much pressure and it is not just perception.

In most cases parents just want what is best for you, however they do not always understand that the strong pressure to succeed is most definitely not good for you. It is completely normal to feel pressure from your family and parents even if it Is not explicitly them telling you ''you have to do this, you have to do that'' There is also the pressure you place on your self to make your parents happy that can be disguised as them putting pressure on you! The best way to avoid feeling overwhelmed by pressure is by being open and honest with how the pressure makes you feel to your parents

parents wants children to do good all the time, they might not even realise how much it effects you. if you share a good relationship with them and share your thoughts and be open with them then you and your parents can realise and things can change. somewhere when parents are parenting they get in to this role and it become like a strict boss and worker type of things where boss just demands and orders. so being friendly and sharing minds would change things.

Often we feel pressure from our parents because, they have supported and raised us throughout our lives and we feel that we owe it to them to make them proud, give back to them and do what we can to help out someone who has done so much for us

not to disappoint them, not to make them angry and finally not to let them down by me, this may come from respect towards them

It could be their expectations of you, which may be difficult for you to reach. That's all right, there isn't any need to follow their expectations, just try your best. :)
