First things first, have an income that can house, feed, and clothe you independently. Learn how to cook, clean, and manage finances. You'll need that for moving out from your parents' house, if you haven't already. After that, you can either have low or no contact with them. You can hide your new address. Some even leave the country, or change their names.

At a certain age you will have the freedom to leave your parents home and live by your own.. Once you do that, then you will be free to make your own decisions since its your place and your responsibility..
