Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

The best way to comfort yourself may be to work with your thoughts constantly reassuring yourself that its not your fault and positively challenge them
By keeping repeating that in your head. It's not your fault. It. Is. Not. Your. Fault. Keep on repeating it and make yourself believe it. It's hard, but don't give up.
The best thing that I've found was just remaining positive. You have to accept what you can't change, and change what you can. Things always work out in the end.
Everyone tends to blame themselves for something they did not do. I have done it too so don't feel bad. Just look at the situation and focus on the more on what your opinion the positives could be. Go with your gut is what I am saying to sum it up. ♡ :)
Well knowing is the first step! The next is to concentrate on doing things we love and things which we find fulfilling. Nurture the inner child!
When its not your fault , be patient and forgiving because forgiving others gives you peace of mind. Everyone makes mistakes, it is something that makes us all human.
Take the little voices in your head and use logic against them. Does it make sense? What are the facts for it? What are the facts against it? Why did it happen? Pretty soon those voices will be packing their bags!

I can comfort myself by having a got bath, making some good coffee and watching my favourite film as well as talking to someone on 7 cups.
If it not your fault why do you have to comfort yourself. You are correct and that is that. What others think does not really matter. You can tell them in very clear terms that it is not your fault and it is for them to decide. Either way, you should never blame yourself if you know it is not your fault.
