Why is it so easy to ditch a meal? I know it's wrong. But it worked so well.

Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

It is easy to ditch a meal because in today's society we are often so busy that eating becomes a mere function as opposed to a social engagement where positive emotions are involved so missing a meal is not regarded as missing a positive but rather gaining one in the sense that some positive emotions are associated with limiting your food intake such as a sense of power over your natural instincts and a desire to fit into what society deems as 'right' in terms of working towards a slim figure. It also works well because restricting food can give you a sense of control when you don't feel you have control over your external environment.

if you bitch a meal it's very bad for your health. you might not notice the effect of it now but sooner you will. so make a good choice and eat regularly it's so much healthier

It's easy to ditch a meal because it's an excuse not to eat. Once you get your body into that kind of routine then it becomes addictive and being addictive to skipping one singular meal means it'll be easier to skip multiple meals.

It's probably become a habit to ditch meals, therefore your brain does what it knows bests without questioning. You're right, it is wrong, you need to make yourself realise that. Then it won't become so easy.

Ditching a meal feels like winning. Who would want to feel like they're losing by eating instead of skipping and winning? The thing is, that feeling your ED gives you is all backward. It's the other way around.

I've had that feeling myself once. Believe me when you have some problems ditching meals will not help in the end. It's so important to eat, and believe me when you first are used to ditch the food then it's hard to stop it!

it is easier to keep your mind occupied with other things and keep yourself busy, rather than sitting down to a meal

In my experience its because it feels like an accomplishment. You feel like you've already lost weight even though it's not the best option.
