Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Many people think that they are fat because they don't like themselves. But do not worry. You are not fat. I promise you this. If you weigh 125, then you are perfect.
the reason is not definite and there are so many different reasons but the main and most general one is that you brain is tricking your eyes into seeing your body in a different way than what you actually look. A good way i found to stop this from happening as badly is to pick out one thing you like. Even if it is just your hair that day or your eyes. Soon you will find that your brain is responding to the positivity and will start to change the way you see yourself.

It's just in your head. The media has made everyone think that skinny people are the most desired one. All I know is everyone's beautiful the way they are. And are unique in their own way. :) love yourself for who you are.
I've learned that, for me, actual physical weight is less important than how I feel about my body. I can't change the weight in 5 minutes, but I can change the messages I'm giving to myself about my body in 5 minutes. I need to ask myself, am I saying kind, caring things to myself and my body; appreciating it and acknowledging all the amazing things I/it can do? Or am I saying cruel things about how I don't meet current beauty standards? I've learned that when I switch this negative self-talk, I tend to start to feel better.
Society paints a ridiculous picture of the ideal body type, one that can only be achieved through extremely unhealthy eating and exercise habits. Its saddening to see.

This is a symptom of anorexia. Your mind plays tricks on you .. and makes you feel as though you are fat when you are , in fact, not. The fear of becoming "fat" then leads to unhealthy eating habits.. like extreme restriction, severe reduction in calories or even starving oneself.
Sometimes society has standards that are unrealistic. How much you weigh doesn't matter, what matters is that you are healthy and happy.

You need to start love yourself . That's the first thing to do when this situation happen . Secondly you must understand that everything is in your mind . Thirdly , you must gain some self-confidence , like humans we can function properly without that characteristic. Take care . :)

You are asking why you think you are fat when you weight 125 pounds. Every person has their own goal for themself.
It could be because you unconsciously compare yourself to others. If you know the weight of people around you, you might think that you need to match their weight, even if they are younger or different in height. It is important to know that your age and height will make your weight differ from others. There are also some people who might have faster metabolism so even if they are the same age and height as you, they will be skinnier. Just remember that people differ in many different ways, so it's not that your fat, you just have a different situation from others.
