Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

If you have an eating disorder it could be your body telling you to go get food in you or it could be cravings or it could be anxiety about your next meal such as what you're going to eat if you're going to eat if you can keep it down stuff like that

Maybe your hungry or just want that nutrient in your body like your body craves it. So eat so you won't starve because starving yourself isn't good

You are constantly thinking about food because you have a craving for something. It is completely normal to feel this way, and I have this problem all the time. Talk to a close friend about how you're feeling, and, if it severe, talk to a local therapist.

Food, can be a way to cope with sadness or pain. It's not a bad thing but sometimes food is a safe please for us to go to.

your relationship with food might be unhealthy . if you think you have a problem with your physical health it is best to talk to someone or seek medical help if it is extremley serious. xx

It could be because you are always craving food from your body being underweight and/or just not eating enough (if that's your case) but it can also come from many other things like boredom (as a way to have something to do/think about), depression - solitude (eating could be a way to try and forget other problems in your life or a way to feel better)...etc.

Food is an essential thing in life. But the mind is a powerful thing and sometimes it can make think we want all this food for no reason even when we're not necessarily hungry.

It may be because of depression , the feeling of emptiness and the need to fill yourself with food

A few years ago, I used to heavily restrict my diet, and as a result, would always feel hungry. My relationship with food wasn't very healthy at the time. I think it was my body's way of saying that it was lacking the proper nutrients. It's possible that you have a similar situation.
