because we are biggest hater. We have always been around us and we point out ever little detail that makes us imperfect and we forget to what makes us imperfect makes us perfectly us.
Because the mirror is a reflection of your own thoughts , not theirs. Change the way you think about yourself , change the reflection.

I can't look in the mirror and see what everyone else sees because it's other people not me who is blind. I am not slim enough whatever others may say. I don't understand to other people. One day they say I am too fat and the other day I am too skinny. Now it seems to me that mirror is my only truthful friend.
This is something I often struggle with myself, still. We all see through a different 'lens' and with that are different perspectives. It's hard to see what others see about us. For example, you may not feel that you're an aesthetically pleasing person, but someone important to you thinks you're one of the most wonderful people ever. The main thing is that how we view ourselves and focus on the positives. It's a challenge, but it's something to try out. --Focus on the positive aspects of who you are, and see if you can see what everyone else does.
Because we often see our flaws and only our flaws. We look at ourselves wanting to look at perfection when that is something impossible to reach.
If people are thinking positive about you, for example if they say you're beautiful, but if you think negative about yourself, then what do you think will happen when you look in the mirror? Of course you'll think negative things. You don't care about what others say, you just keep your belief. So you have to change that belief!
Because you judge yourself. You may be too hard on yourself. When you shouldn't. Don't think of anything and look back again.
The reason you can't look in the mirror and see what others see is because, one your not happy with yourself, another reason is just your getting tricked by the other people of who to be and you should be yourself.
Sometimes our feelings and experiences in life get in the way of us seeing ourselves. We tend to be more harsh and critical of ourselves. Additionally, our self perception can change from moment to moment or day to day
