Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

You are pretty. You are skinny enough. Anorexia and bulimia trick your mind into seeing things to be different than how they really are. In today’s world, sadly, there are all these social media that show; portray these women that are overly thin as models and it causes problems for many young women and men. You are not alone. I get it. But please, don’t hurt yourself. It’ll become addictive and you’ll never see yourself as perfect, eventhough you once were. When you were you; not controlled by these demons. You can still turn back and be that shining star.

Sweetheart, I used to ask this too. Over and over, with no answer. But if you could see yourself clearly, you would see that you are already enough. You are wonderful - it is just hard to see that sometimes when we think about how different other beautiful people are from us. Imagine that your very best friend was asking these questions. What would you tell her? What would she tell you? Think of three things you love to do. Your body is what makes those things possible. How wonderful your body is! Think of three things you love about your face. Do you have kind eyes? A joyful smile? Graceful ears? There is beauty in every inch of you. You are a masterpiece.

'Pretty enough.' What does this mean? Who decided what was pretty and what wasn't? Who decided what we should weigh or what we should look like? This should be no one else's expectations, but your own. I can tell you now without even looking at you that you are beautiful. You may not have the hair that the girl next to you has, or the body that that girl on Instagram has but you are you and that's all you need. It's a sad thought to think people will never be happy in their own body but the only reason people will not be is if they continue to compare them selves to others. I can assure you that the person you are comparing your self to may be comparing them self to someone else. It's a chain. A chain that needs to be broken. No one will ever be you and that's your biggest advantage. Remember that.

You already are beautiful, don't need to change what's outside, it's the inside that makes you laugh and make others laugh with you. You are more than enough, you are an unique human being. There's no enough to answer to the universe you contain :) Feel the sun on your face, breathe the air around you, feel the embrace of strangers, and remember you are shining, wherever you are, you are your own self, with skills and flaws, with kindness and also pain, but never alone and never less. Thank you for making me feel less empty. Thank you all.
