Reminding yourself that food is the body's fuel, you would not deny a child food, or a friend, or even an animal, so why deny yourself? You are as worthy and deserving of food as anyone else
Eating is not a bad thing. It is what we do to survive and make sure our bodies get what they need. If you have a good balanced diet then eating should be a hood thing.
Just going through the motions, it's something you have to get yourself to stop thinking and move on from it.

Eating is not a bad thing, the body needs food to basically survive. There will be moments your body will tell you, you need food and other moments where you don't need food or you can have a break. Just listen to your cravings and your body.
