Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I find when I no longer feel comfortable in my clothing I take a day of reflection on what is going on in my life, am I stressed, am I depressed, am I happy and the reasons. I take a another day to journal it all out. One the third day I retire on all the clothes to see if that has changed for me. If I am still uncomfortable I call a friend and go out for coffee or lunch.

maybe its time for a new look. a new you. if you don't feel comfy and confident in your clothes its not right. although you might think looks are important they are really not. I wear sweatpants like everyday I feel comfy and I can be myself even know I don't look the best. and if you cant spend dollars on more clothes change up your outfits and go to a charity shop, be different.

When this happens to me, I like to pamper myself the most I can, like for example, taking a bath, brushing my hair, painting my nails, cleaning my face. Afterwards, I pep talk to myself in the mirror and say encouraging things to myself. That I am valuable, beautiful and valid. That I don't have to do anything for others, but need to live for myself. It's like exercice to learn to love yourself no matter what. It's also normal to have days where you just feel so off. But accepting these days and finding alternatives to change your state of mind will help you greatly. Take care xo

I would recommend going shopping for some new clothes. A couple of extra dollars is worth feeling self confident and happy with yourself any day.

you will look good if you feel good in what you wear. Always remember you carry how the clothing looks on you not the other way round.

Seeking assistance from nearest person could be the possible solution. When one can'd decide it's always safe to listen to anothers opinion.
