Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

This is not normal. You should go seek advice and instruction from a doctor. This is not healthy and your body needs the nutrition so it can survive.

Firstly, Id suggest speaking to your GP(doctor) about the problem. However, in the meantime, I would say listen to your body and play it by ear. Try and keep a food diary and record what foods you are sick after and steer clear of those for a while. I would also recommend not having too much fluid with any of your meals (at most limit yourself to half a glass of water/milk/juice). Also, foods such as ginger are supposedly an anti-emetic which means it settles your stomach so you could try that, not sure how effective it is though. Hope this helped! MaisieListens xx

Vomiting is a symptom that has various causes. Both physical and psycological. I would recomend that one with such a symptom should visit a specialist. Depending on the healthcare available in each country i would recomend idealy a GP that can perform an evaluation and from there on refer to the apropriate specialty. wether this is a gastroenterologist , a neurologist and so on

Drink some water if you can, maybe some milk to help with the throat burn and brush your teeth so you feel cleaner. Try to eat tiny portions really slowly so it says down and you can decide whenever you like to stop.

You should go to the doctors and get diagnosed to see if you have Bulimia or possibly Anorexia if you are extremely under weight.

If it happens automatically and completely without your intention, you should definetely see a doctor about it.
