I like to go for a walk if only for ten minutes. I have a hard time with feeling full - I am recovering from Bulimia, so taking in some fresh air on a nice walk around the neighborhood helps take my mind off that full feeling. And, usually by the time my walk is over, I no longer feel as full and thus less likely to purge.
Listen to some music by yourself in your room or somewhere quiet, It can help calm yourself down and it's a nice way to relax. Try drawing if you like to or reading as well, these are also nice ways to relax so your mind isn't concentrating on what you last ate.
There are tons of simple and easy ways to relax but different things work for different people! For me personally I like to let my food settle I pass the time by reading a few chapters of my favorite book. Then after that I like to go for a walk with my music blasted and just take some time to think.
Reading a book or doing some homework. Try to stay off the internet so that you don't see an unrealistic body images because our internet is full of people who call themselves "models" but are really just unhealthy people who don't look good without photoshop or being dangerously unhealthy

I believe the easiest way to relax after eating would be to just lay down or do something you enjoy doing. Whether it is netflix or reading a book what ever you find enjoyable as a individual would be the best direction to go in. Doing things that give you comfort can help ease you and make you feel more relaxed. Relaxing after eating can be difficult and I understand how hard that may be when occurring. If that does not work out just try and attempt other methods that you feel comfortable trying, there are a lot of amazing resources available to you for situations such as these! I wish you the best of luck on your journey and want you to know you are not alone!
