Stay active, get enough sleep, food and exercise. If you lack any of these things you have a bigger risk of relapsing because you need enough of all of these things to be physically healthy, and if you aren't physically healthy it affects your mental health too. If your mental health is weak you have a bigger risk of relapsing
just look in the mirror everyday when you wake up, and believe that you can make it through the day!
the best way to prevent relaspse is coping skills. you always need coping skills, it will take your mind off of whatever you might relapse on.
Remind yourself of all the things that you have done to overcome the issue that you were facing and how proud you are with yourself for that achievement.

Avoid anything or anyone associated with whatever it is that you have quit so that you aren't triggered to relapse.
To refrain from being near trigger places, moods, company and indulge in a hobby and or replace addiction with a healthy substitute of preference.

remember why you stopped the first time, have a strong motivation on what you want your life to look like and have a good support group behind you.
have a good, positive coping mechanism that can you distract you for a bit also helps.
I have a list of all positive coping mechanism that i know work on me and i carry it around everywhere i go. Also having somebody to talk to, someone you can be honest with and that it doesn't judge you no matter what you did or are doing.
if talking is not an option brain dumping your problems on paper also works for me
