Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Yes, it's very normal! Being healthy matters way more than having a flat stomach, that being said: being healthy does not necessarily equal having a flat stomach. As long as you consume enough vitamins and have frequent, nuitritious meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), it won't matter how flat you're stomach is because at least you are healthy. I've been struggling with this question for years now and it took me one quote of someone I look up to, for me to realise this: "Being healthy is the new skinny" - Jules Robinson. And it's true! Because the only thing that matters is what you consume and how much you consume. That doesn't mean you have to count all the calories in your meal! What matters is that you don't eat too much fast foods/snacks/etc, but also that you don't restrict yourself to JUST all veggies and fruits. I like having cheat days where I just go for a pizza for dinner or evenings in the summer where I have ice cream! Or when I go out for dinner with my family to go for not the healthiest of meals and have a chocolatemouse for desert! That's all okay, you just need to balans things out :)

It's normal to not have a flat stomach! We live with the impression that we have to look a certain way, we have to be a certain way, but that's not relevant. Don't give in to how others want to see you, what's important is how you see yourself. Know that not everyone is perfect, we are not meant to be perfect. So what if you don't have a flat stomach? That is perfectly fine, you are beautiful the way that you are! So in conclusion, it is normal not to have a flat stomach, it is fine to not look like a 6' model, and what's definitely fine is confidence!

It is perfectly normal! The muscles of the stomach and abdomen aren’t meant to be flat, unless it is a specific body type. Some people starve themselves of all muscle and fat to appear thin and having a flat stomach, but it isn’t natural nor healthy in the slightest. Embrace your lovely curves!

Most people actually do not have a flat stomach. There are many important organs there so most stomachs are not completely flat. If you have a concern, it is a good idea to visit a doctor or any other medical professional who may be able to help you with this issue. Remember, all bodies are good bodies and there is no such thing as a "normal". Bodies come in all shapes and sizes and yours is most likely normal and perfect the way that it is. This is a very very normal thing! Especially if you’re younger and still going through puberty. Bodies change as you grow and none of them look the same. It’s actually less common than you may think to have a flat stomach, the pictures you see on TV and in magazines are often edited or the models are posed in very specific positions, once they get off set they usually look very different, especially when it comes to flat stomachs. Everyone hopes to have a certain body type and more often than not this body type is unattainable and unrealistic. We push ourselves to be something we can’t be when in reality we’re beautiful they way we are, flat stomach or not :)

Yes, it absolutely is normal to not have a flat stomach. Irrespective of any body shape or size, the thing that is important is that one is healthy and comfortable. As it is said, "normal is illusion". The standards of normal differ quite vividly. At the least, we can try not to let someone else's parameter define our definition of normal.
