How do i just stop, with making myself still feel okay about myself?

Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Close the eye and Listen to the sound surrounding you like your heart beat, vehicle engine sound and people voice

You can't just stop, the road to recovery is a long, winding road. And you have to travel safely. There aren't any shortcuts unfortunately, unless you make them.

Stop slowly, ease out of it. Find distractions to keep yourself distracted and stop resorting back to it, and tell yourself you ARE good enough to stop, and you have every right to feel good about yourself. You're strong

Always stay positive, tell yourself positive things when you look into the mirror. Be yourself and make sure the people around you accepts you being yourself.
