Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Eating light meals and small amounts should help your body manage to keep food down ! If it doesn't talking to a expert would be the safest thing to do ... Getting sick after eating for a long period of time can do serious damage long term to your body and health !

Go to doctor for a check up. This is a medical field type of question. not an option to self diagnose.

This is a very reasonable and responsible question to ask; quite rational and good to know! Eating properly is important for optimal performance and attentiveness; being healthy and active, both by means of body and mind, are essential in maintaining and further pursuing great health. Its important to be aware of likes and dislikes, to eat things that are appealing, things that will not cause you discomfort, pain, or other symptoms of illness. Hence, its important to take into account the processes in which food is handled and distributed, what it is made of, and whether or not you may be allergic to its overall content(s). Be mindful and smart, rational and aware, and let your taste buds soar.
