Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Your able to give your self 5 to 7 up lifting and positive feed back while looking in the mirror before you start your day. ( I look great, I am very good looking, I am me, I'm beautiful in my own way, I feel sexy)

Learn to love the body that you have. Set yourself a weight goal. Its hard to be satisfied with your weight and be happy with your body when you dont have a weight goal

Well you just eat a normal paste...have a mirror and look I'm it, actually accept compliments from people
There is a reason why you think that you are overweight it could be caused through traumatic experiences, bullying or even just being made fun of. Always remember that health is more important then weight, when you are older you will see that this is very important.
Try to think positively about your self look in the mirror every day and say something you love about you're self you are beautiful no mater what
Thats a really hard one because its all about perception, and perception is hard to change. Focus on one area at a time, rather than your body as a whole. Doing this may help shift your perception on weight in general, and by focusing on parts you can break things down and see things for what they really are.

This is something I have personally struggled with. I would suggest having a friend or family member you trust help you do this activity. Get a big piece of paper the size of a person and draw how you think you look. Then lay on the paper and have the trusted person draw your outline. Look at how drastic the difference is. It can really put into perspective how your view of your body is different than what it actually is.
