Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Actually, it's probably smarter to drink first rather than eat - this eases your body into digestion and will make it easier when you do start to eat again. I'm not sure whether you haven't eaten for a week out of intention or not - but this may be worth discussing with your doctor/nutritionist. Smoothies/raw juices can be a wonderful way of getting in nutrients without overwhelming your stomach. Alternatively, you could try small but regular meals.

Start by eating what you’re comfortable with eating, and then try to move on to your regular eating habits of food.

I would like to note that starvation does not mean that you will be healthier and the diseases will not be there. It is wrong. We feed our organism with food and it helps us to cure faster. You should try to eat healthy, home-made you can also know what you are eating. As a help in curing and overcoming the illness, medication pills may help you. However, you should first consult with a medical person. It is also good to consult a nutritionist who will give you a detailed plan for how to feed yourself according to your b Lestat, your physical activity and what you need.

I understand where you are coming from, because I get sick extremely often and lose my appetite. It is really important to fuel your body with nutrients, but after not eating for a week, your digestive system doesn't know how to react and shuts down almost. I would recommend drinking fluids to restart your digestive system. My go-to liquids are bone broth, a green juice with fruits and vegetables, and nutritious juices like those. They will help your digestion remember its job and will also provide you with vitamins/proteins/carbs/fats, etc. I would recommend trying the Low FODMAP diet because those foods are easier to digest and causes less bloating.

If you have not eaten for an extended period of time, it is important to start slowly. Take your time when you eat and try not to push yourself. Drink plenty of water and make sure to have bland, easily digestible foods with some salt. Plain broth or broth with noodles may be a good place to start. If you do not like soup or do not feel well enough to make any, you can also try toast with butter or margarine, as that is also an easy to digest food. It’s very important to eat something easily digestible, as upsetting your stomach may make you feel unwell once again.
