Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

That is a good question.... Next time you eat, take a better look at why you are eating... Is it because it's dinner time and everyone is eating, is it because you are starving, or is it because there is nothing else better to do.

You could find out by finding a nice interesting activity and see if the urge to eat disappears. If you find ourself craving certain foods a lot I would also recommend including more healthy food in your diet and maybe take vitamin supplements as vitamin deficiency can often show itself through cravings.

Probably a mixture of both. When you are hungry your body tells you and you should feed it then. Also, you should feed your body every hour or 2 to keep it healthy and functioning properly. When you are bored, eating is one of the first things that comes to peoples minds, so drink water instead, unless you are due a snack.

Eating because your hungry means eating your regular meals on time. If you are taking snacks in between make sure they are healthy snacks. If you are eating unhealthily and all the time then its either you are bored or you have a eating disorder.

Depends on how many times you eat. We tend to eat out of boredom a lot of times which results in overeating which can cause health issues. To avoid boreedom-eating, drink the biggest glass of water you can when you feel like having something. But don't do that if you are actually hungry. When you are hungry your stomach hurts sometimes so you know you're not bored and actually really hungry. Hope I helped

Do you feel hungry? Is your stomach grumbling? If you think that you're bored, try distracting yourself for a while. This is a harmless way to test because if you're only bored then the boredom will be alleviated but if you're actually hungry then the hunger will stay.

I personally think you are eating because you are trying to literally fill yourself up, because you feel empty--you feel a void. Figure out what the void is, and maybe you will not feel the need to eat as much. Are you not finding your work satisfying enough? How can you feel better about your situation?

If you are hungry physically (tummy is growling) you should eat. If you are sitting, for example, watching Netflix and feel bored and want to taste something, you are probably not truly hungry. Both of these are ok to do in small amounts, but once eating while bored becomes a mental battle, then it is serious and could signify an eating disorder, like Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder or an EDNOS (eating disorder not otherwise specified). Or it could even be a sign of anxiety or depression if you are eating while in distress, such as guilt or anxiety
