Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

All of my illnesses are "invisible," so when I have to sit down or leave a location because I'm getting dizzy or about to pass out, many will deny me the right to do so. (I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, and Addison's Disease). Also, I am always tired, I can't do certain things anymore. I miss who I was before all of this happened. I wish I could be that same person again, active and free. But instead, I can't, because it hurts me. It physically hurts me to do the things that I used to love doing

People do not always understand what my disability is. So I do not always get the right support I need. Also, when I do tell some about my disability, some show empathy and some do not. Some make nasty remarks as well. But I do my best to ignore a lot of it. Not everyone is unkind to me either. There is a lot of kind people, although not as many as there once was. Some people listen to me when I tell them I have a learning disability and they show compassion and empathy towards me. Some do not. I wish people would be more accepting of disabled people, then there is. I do not drive because of my disability. Some people do not get that. People sometimes get so wrapped up, in there own little word, that they forget, that some disabled individuals do not drive. Not because, they are lazy as some people call it. No, they do not drive for safety reasons. Like a lack of fine motor and gross motor skills. Another challenge is I have had some people judge me, and wrongly I might add. People should not judge other people. We all have our issues. We are not perfect. We all make mistakes. But hopefully we learn and grow from them.

the biggest challenge I have faced with having a learning disability is that some people have told me that I shouldn't/couldnt take band or Spanish because of my disability. However, I am so glad I didn't listen to those people because being in those classes made me feel normal and were my highest grades. I also had to still have to work harder than others and sometimes do things in a different way but that is okay because I still accomplish my goasl that I set for myself. Don`t let anyone tell you you can`t do something. you do it
