Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I have helped and am helping people cope with loss, divorce, anguish and parenting. Depression is also a major issue that comes up.

I believe it boils down to one thing, the relationship with yourself. If you don't feel worthy and loveable, it can be rather hard believing them :/ I suggest focusing on self-love and just embracing the emotions that pop up in that context, as it can be very healing for the emotional body.
Hope it helped. Best of luck, my friend! :)
I think this may stem from a deeper issue that you might have to look into. Perhaps you had an experience or even multiple where someone let you down in that department and you feel you can’t rely on people. Maybe it also correlates directly with how you might feel about yourself and worth. Maybe it’s even your dissatisfaction with where you currently are and some of the choices you’ve made or the state of many of your present or past relationships. I bring up all these guesses from my own personal experiences, in which I’ve had to soul search and work through. You ARE worthy! and people DO and WILL continue to love you, you just have to love you first and believe that people can too.

It's how you see yourself, low self esteem is the main reason you down grade yourself and feel you are good enough to be loved or looked at.
Open yourself to love, see how everyone See's you.
You are beautiful and perfect, and you are definitely worth being loved.
Always carry yourself live you want to be seen.
Love yourself and learn to be loved in return
You are never alone there are people who really care.
It's just a feeling don't let it define how you see yourself.
Feel the love and you will believe.
Love is worth believe but being about to know when it's true love is the key.
