Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

It might be because you feel unfulfilled in your life. Some people have a burning desire to feel fulfilled in their lives. I believe we create our own meanings in our lives. If you try and do a job that YOU feel is worthwhile (not what other people think is worthwhile), or if you start doing other things that give your life meaning, you will then stop having these thoughts as much, as you will start to fulfil yourself.

God created us with a “spiritual need,” which includes the desire to find meaning in life. (Matthew 5:3) He wants us to satisfy that desire.—Psalm 145:16.

because, you think you are not leading the life according to you. you are living according to society and your family.

I think it is possible that you had a dream about the meaning of life the night before and woke up continuing to think about it :)

This is a very normal thing that people ask themselves before they find out their true calling, but even those who have think about this too. I personally wake up thinking "what will my life amount to today?" and then I simply strive to do what I can with what I have.

Because you're only a human. It's a good thing, never link it to sadness, it means you're getting wiser and looking for more answers. You'll need to get out and explore more, so count it as a motivation not a discourage, this way not only will you learn more about life but about yourself and I can't describe the feeling you get then!

I don't think it is a bad thing to wake thinking about the meaning of life. It is a sign that you may be in emotional trouble. Pondering this question alerts us to voids in our lives, and urges us to find ways to fill those voids. If we weren't thinking of the meaning of life, we'd likely just continue on our way, not being aware we need to change something about our lives. Nothing changes if nothing changes. The meaning of life is a question every human should grapple with. It is something all the great thinkers of our world, past and present, contend with. Without grappling with this question, who would be motivated to make changes in their lives? Waking up to this question is likely because your unconscious mind was aware of some difficulty in your life or heart while you slept. It is only a bad thing when your answer is "there isn't any meaning for me," and you listen to that.

Your purpose in life, is to find out what to do with it, if you didn't have a question to answer, you wouldn't be living, the meaning of life is something you should aspire to find by participating in life.

Well, I guess it's because you want to truly know, now isn't it? Anyways, the meaning of life is a hard question to answer. I've been living my life by the idea that I have one shot on this earth to do the right thing, so I've been trying to do the right thing obviously.

I Kant answer that. The meaning of life has always been keeping thinkers waking up suddenly asking themselves about it !

It is one of the most important questions we ask ourselves every day. Where can we find meaning in life. The question and answer is different for everyone. You may be thinking about it so often because you haven't figured out clear cut goals for your life or have loose ends that you haven't figured out. It usually gets easier to find meaning once we discover our path in life.

There's nothing wrong with thinking about the meaning of life everyday because it gives you the opportunity to seek your purpose for each day! Like, why are you here? What can you do to help people today? Waking up and thinking about the meaning of life gives you a reason to be more grateful for the life you do live! Enjoy!!

We often want a purpose and want an answer to these big questions. Thinking about why you are here is not foreign concept. It is perfectly healthy to have an occasional existential crisis. Sometimes it is important to prescribe a temporary meaning, even if it's just for the day. It'll help you power through and get that glorious sense of achievement.

You're probably trying to find your existential purpose. What is it that you believe in? And what do you believe is the purpose of life? Are you willing to believe that everything or nothing you do is meaningful? I understand that this is a BIG question. And a number of people have Philosophies and aims to live by to answer this.
