its snot out of no where its just we remember our fast at that time
When you have been depressed for such a long time and get used to feeling that way, it is like a cart going down a hill constantly every day and making deeper tracks in the dirt each time it goes down. In order to change your mindset you have to. work very hard to do so, in order to move the cart off that same path it has been going down for so long.

Do your best to be happy, And always believe in yourself..... That you can be happy!! And you can be what you are
because depression dosnt always have to have a reason. it dosent pick on certian people and it dosnt always come after a traumatic even. depression can strike at anytime and sometimes with no reason
When I'm in my episode, the depressive ep. I usually wanted to be alone and crying makes me feel good.
the feeling comes around because you're not thinking of anything, but it renders a sad memory to let you feel depressed,it makes you feel regret and sometimes makes you feel alone while challenging it..
Usually feeling depressed all of a sudden is due to something triggering a negative thought. We are reminded of something that we still need to work through and have upset feelings about. A though or image enters our mind and the bad feelings set in

If you suffer from depression, or a disorder that is comorbid with depression, you may sometimes find that, seemingly out of the blue, you'll be hit by a wave of apathy or sadness without any warning. In truth, it could be that something happened that you didn't consciously notice - a stray thought, something you overhear or something you glance over - has triggered that emotion.
It could be overthinking things and you don't realise you're doing it, which can make how you feel about a situation even worse. Maybe you are reminded of past events that were tough for you just out of the blue.
Something could have triggered your depression such as a change in environment but sometimes it's random and can't be controlled.

Sometimes you just think of a bad experience or memory in your mind and your mind overthinks the situation which can leave you feeling randomly depressed, and sometimes it gets triggered by looking at something that is not making you happy which leads to depression

I think that you are the only one that can answer that question. Here are a few tips that cam help you out though. Is there something in your life that doesnt make you feel that hopefull? Is there something that is bothering you? Does your life feel like there is no direction? Are there people around you that seem to bring down your mood?

Sometimes small things can trigger us and we don't even realize it. You could be feeling great and all of the sudden everything goes down hill. It's okay to let yourself be sad or down, but take care of yourself and be safe. There's always hope.
You might have a deficiency in dopamine or serotonin, which is a physical symptom of depression. You might want to research some facts about depression and/or consult a professional.

It's difficult to understand why you might feel depressed all of a sudden, especially when other people don't understand it either and want to know 'what's wrong'. Depression is an illness, and can creep up on you at any time just like the flu. Take it easy and be kind to yourself, and listen to your needs.
Sometimes people get sad without being consciously aware of the reason. Sometimes stress and other anxieties build up over time and you don't realize it.

Did you go through anything that scares you? If so try to think about why it scares you and why it has changed you so much

Depression is a mental illness, and it can be extremely difficult to deal with. Sometimes life just puts us in a slump, and we have to work hard to fight the negative thoughts and overcome depression. We can't help when it will strike, but we must chose to overcome and stay strong in the darkest of times.
Something might have triggered it like a memory or something that reminds you of it. You need to handle it

Because of some incidents which might have happen in yhe past, which maybe unforgetable, painful and makes feel bad.
Depression can take us by surprise when we least expect it. When this has happened to me I try to respect it, give it space and find a way to manage best I can.
Sometimes, the lows in our moods can be something physical you are experiencing. Perhaps you are not getting enough Vitamin D or sunshine. Take a break, for a walk, and don't forget to breathe
Maybe because it doesn't seem like people want to be around you, or enjoy your personality. Remember theres always someone who truly doesn't want you to feel alone or worthless.
It's most likely that you had a thought, maybe even unconscious, that made you feel really bad. Or something else could have triggered you, like a sound or smell that unconsciously made you think of something that makes you feel depressed.
Sometimes it happens due to low bloodsugar levels, hormonal, seasonal changes (like day and right rythm inbalance). If the depression lasts, please talk to your local GP or a psychologist.

Mood phases are apart of life, and completely normal. Don't feel worried if you feel like this, Many others do too.

Probably because you've been triggered about a past memory that was debilitating for you, back then. The thought of past events or future anticipations can often cause distress and drpress an individual. Talk it out, and be positive, we all deserve to be happy. :)

Over thinking might lead to depression, and so can many others. How have you been feeling lately? Have you been stressed?

Depression isn't something you can really influence. sometimes it just happens to feel sad without any reason. this happens and is absolutely normal so don't worry about it but try to talk about it to someone.

it's normal, i guess. Everyone has those downs where you feel bad about to simple things which didn't bother you when you were happy, You sometimes have to feel down to know how it is to feel good, i think.
