Sadness is an emotion we can all feel. It is a normal thing to experience. Crying is a way to unbottle those stored up feelings from sadness. Without crying, we may begin to contain all these welled up emotions. In the long run, we'd be worse off without crying.
Do not feel stupid! Crying is a good way to let your emotions out. I never tell anyone this but there was a time when anything and I mean anything would make me cry. Now that I look back it makes me laugh. Crying doesn't necessarily mean you're sad. If you are, maybe talk about it with someone you trust!
You're not stupid for crying first of all. It's an outlet for emotion and can actually make you feel better. You might be overwhelmed by a lot of things going on, and not have other ways to deal with them. Talking to people about it can help. Just remember it's not your fault.
It's okay to cry , sometimes we feel sad for no reason or little reason at all and that's okay , things will get better
