Everyone handles stress in different ways. If there are other underlying factors such as family stress, clinical depression, or stress in any other relationship, that can drastically have an effect on how much you care about your studies or how much you dedicate yourself to school. The real question you should be asking is what can I do to calm myself down when thinking about my studies and what are unnecessary stress factors that are causing this specific stress. Find things that stress you out other than school that you can eliminate or start to rectify before blaming yourself.

Everybody is different. Perhaps your schools teaching system isn't as well suited to your learning type as it is to others. This doesn't mean your stupid at all, it just means you might learn and cope differently. Many people feel the same way as you do, although they might hide it. You might feel as though you don't cope as well as others, you might be doing a lot better than you think in comparison to another person who is hiding it.

Everyone has different amounts of stress they can handle. Some may be accustomed to it, while you may not be. Don't worry though, this is completely normal.

Everyone has different levels of tolerance when it comes to stress. Some people handle school stress really well, but they may stress out about something at home, or vice versa. It's okay that you don't handle stress as well, you just gotta keep working at it one step at a time and you'll be able to accomplish your goals in school.

Maybe they can't handle something else as well as you do, dear. Don't compare you to anyone, that's not fair. You are who you are, not their copy.

Everyone handles stress differently, and the ease with which we cope is something we are both born with and have learned. Some people might just have more experience or more ease doing so. They might even feel equally as overwhelmed as you do, they just hide it more often.

Some people have different levels of stress that they can handle, some people's are lower. You most likely have a lower stress threshold, therefore making you more like to not be able to handle certain pressures.

Everybody is different and everybody handles certain things in certain ways. It's very likely that you aren't the only person who's feeling stressed about school, you're not alone. A lot of people deal with it. Do things at your own pace and do what feels right to you. It's okay if you're not where you want to be yet, you have so much time. It's alright if you don't get things done as quickly as others. Everyone works at different speeds. Take a deep breath, stay calm, and tell yourself you can get through this.

A lot of times we get caught up in comparing ourselves to others. Everyone has their own circumstances and challenges. A lot of times we do not want to show that we are struggling. It has little value to compare ourselves to other people because we cannot possibly know everything about what their circumstances or struggles are. Instead of comparing yourself to your classmates, you might find it more beneficial to try learning some tools to deal with stress. Some people need more or different tools than others to get through certain situations and that does not reflect on them negatively in any way. That's what tools are for, after all.

You may not be able to handle school stress as well as others do because you get overwhelmed more easily than others do and others have more time management in the amount of work they want to get done each day that you may not know yet.

You arent able to handle stress as well as other because everyone is different. Meaning they handle stress differently. Not everyone goes through the same situations so you shouldn't be judging or watching how others handle their problems. You make look at a friend to see that their doing well in school and seem to be handling the school pressure fine but that doesn't excuse if they're having home problems or others. Many people seem to do an excellent job hiding their true emotions. In conclusion you have to find what solution is best for you instead of trying to use other solutions that works for others.

Each person will always have individual experiences and ideas of how things will be during school. It’s usually a challenging time for most as so much is happening and changing. It is important to not reduce or compare yourself due to these challenges. Everyone is in their own lane and it’s okay to be different from the rest. Here are a few tips; 1) chill with the people who you actually like and enjoy spending time with. 2) join as many clubs as possible! It’s a great way to meet new people and build confidence. 3) Try to find yourself. Find things you enjoy such as hobbies, interest, books, gym etc 4) try to be confident do you can showcase your amazing personality and meet the right people as they will naturally be drawn to you. 5) HAVE FUN YOURE ONLY YOUNG ONCE! 💕

Every person experiences school a little differently. While some have no worries about what happens in school, others may feel as if their life is centered on working hard in school to get onto the 'next step' in life. Stress from school can be from many things like the workload or peer pressure and people may respond differently, from breaking down completely to shrugging it off. It doesn't matter if you can't handle the stress alone as there are people and resources to reach out to for help in school. At the end of the day, you will handle stress differently but if you can come out with a smile, you're doing just fine!

We all handle school stress differently. How we get stressed depends on a number of factors. What classes you’re taking, the difficulty of them, the work load, the teachers, the classmates, as well as what’s going on outside of school like sports or family problems. The way you handle stress is something that you can improve on your own. It doesn’t matter if you’re taking the easiest classes, you’re still allowed to be stressed. I still get extremely stressed from balancing school and my personal life, but one thing that’s helped me a whole lot is doing my own things. I take time to myself, listen to music, watch a TV show, etc. My suggestion is to find your thing. It doesn’t have to be some exotic activity. It can be as simple as watching youtube videos or sleeping. Some might say this is just a distraction and that it’s a bad habit to get into, but I do it because that’s the point. I do it to get my mind off school, and once I have a somewhat healthy mental state, I’ll resume my ‘work.’

Everyone handles stress differently. There will always be people who are less affected by it or who get motivation through stress, as well as people who just can't work when having a lot of stress. That way it's even more important to find your own pace in doing things and to not let yourself get stressed out even more by how others are dealing with it.

Every individual is unique as far as performing at school is concerned. Its important to give your best, work hard and try to learn and understand instead of cramming. If you are satisfied with the efforts that you have made to perform well, you will never be stressed.

Lovely, everybody experiences stress differently. I know you feel like you can't deal with it right now but the fact that you're seeking help is a way of dealing with this too. What makes you feel anxious and stressed about school?

First, don't compare yourself with others, it's wrong to do so and it'll make you depressed . Second, learn from them how they can handle it since they are good at it.

That means that you are experiencing more stress than the others. Its okay take things slowly first. Try to focus on important things. Instead of avoiding school work, attempt to do a few things first.

You are feeling it as stressful. Positive attitude towards it makes the work easy. Probably you can try for some activity based studying. Prepare notes or projects for yourself in a creative manner and learn. You won't feel so stressed out.
