Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

When you realize you are worth everything and that the only reason you believe you are nothing is because you bring yourself down not realizing how beautiful you truly are

There is no straight answer, sadly. There is no timeline for healing. It all depends on what you're going through and what you are doing to help fix it. I highly recommend therapy. In my experience, it helps so much to talk with someone and work through emotional landmines with them.

Wake up everyday with a purpose. Remember no one controls you except you. Find a talent you may have. Restrict yourself from trying to fit in with everyone and instead find your own crowd.

This is such a tough question to answer. I wish more than anything that I could tell you that it's easy to stop feeling that way, or that by me telling you that you are definitely so much more than nothing you could believe it. I've personally struggled for years with feeling like I'm nothing, and I've looked in so many of the wrong places to feel like I'm more than that. At the end of the day, I've learned that nobody else can make you feel like you're something if you don't truly and fully believe it yourself. Once you make the choice to work on believing you're more than nothing, it's still a long journey and takes a lot of help from others as well as a lot of constant correcting of your own negative thoughts. But making the decision to start trying is a super important step, and once you take that step and start working on believing it, it is possible to realize you're worth so much more than you tell yourself.

Let's explore that feeling. When you say you're feeling down, and maybe you have nothing going for you, those feelings are very genuine and come from a place deep inside you. There is a reason why you are feeling this way; however, coming to 7 Cups makes me think that there is a part of you that truly wants to get better. This part of you feels like you DESERVE happiness and to get back on track with your life. And coming to this site, chatting with me, is a courageous step in wanting to change things for the better. I feel honored to be trusted in hearing your experiences, and this is a safe space to unravel your thoughts and feelings, so please feel comfortable to share as much, or as little, information as you would like.

First let me say you are something and you count. Life gets very hard sometimes but you are not alone and reaching out is a start. It is hard not to let life get you down but I want you to know I care about you so that makes you worth something to me. Take a few minutes and try think of things that make you happy, a smell , music that lifts your spirit or a place you have been that brought you joy. If you can’t think of it at the moment then picture a place you would like to be and focus on it making you feel happy. You will always be special and it’s just hard to remind ourself that at times. Sometimes we don’t even realize we made a difference to someone and they thought how nice a person you were. Holding a door for someone or letting someone ahead of you in a line would put a smile on that persons face and that alone makes you someone. I want you to know the world is a better place with you in it, so try out a smile on your face and know I care about you.
