Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Maybe you are going thought a stage in life like teenage years or maybe you are having a bad week but if u have something u love doing try concentrate on that or maybe you can find another distraction to help, I use to have bad weeks all the time but don’t worry it’s jusy part of life we all have good days and bad days even if we don’t want to say it everyone does even celebrities it’s just part of life but maybe u want to tell me why u think you might be feeling upset or down recently?

Self love, focus on yourself. Do things you enjoy and that help you to relax, maybe something energising which gets u motivated and makes u feel good

Keep reminding yourself of all things positive. If you think of something sad, talk to yourself as if you were listening to your friend and then act accordingly. Remind yourself of things that make you happy or moments that you felt a tinge of happiness. Remind yourself that life is like a mountains and valleys; you always come to a plateau. You have the power to make it to your plateau. I believe in you! You should also believe in yourself as well. Your happiness is so important and I hope you see it again soon. Best of wishes to you. :)

Hello! I have often found myself in a state of sadness for absolutely no reason. The reason i have found is that i get upset over many trivial and tiny matters. There's nothing wrong with that of-course but it gets worse becuase i find myself addicted to sadness and sad things. Well the thing is, if small things have the power to make me sad and then so do small happy things. Like seeing a small flower on the sidewalk isn't much of an event but it assures me of the good things. If the death of an insect can bother me then even a ray of sunlight on my hand can make me happy. I try to feel more and think less. The future will happen when it will and the past is gone. It's important to focus on the present. It's very hard for me to do so but i can assure it gets better. Like the feel of wet grass on a playground. The way my hair blows in a wind. etc
