I sometimes used to cry until I was aching, from emotional stress. Now even when I'm just sad, my arms, legs, hands, or joints ache. Is this normal, or will it go away eventually?

Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

I know how overwhelming it can feel when you're having a tough time. I offer clients a space that is non-judgemental and empathetic whilst navigating these times together.

This is completely fine and normal, it will probably fade and go away if you give yourself some time. But if it doesn't, you can always contact a professional about this.

Stress can have huge impacting effects on your body. Whether it will go away or not truly depends. It could be many things. It's common among people who have experiance a lot of overwhelming stress in thier lives to have pain oriented conditions later. The best thing to do is to talk to your doctor about what you are experiancing, and see what is going on. Meditation can also help.

This can be normal for people but once you learn to cope with stress it will get better. It always takes time to cope with stress you should never try to rush it. As time goes on you will find it easier to cope and deal with stress. Don’t be hard on yourself. Give yourself the time you need to find the different strategies to cope with stress and even anxiety. We all go through difficult times and face many challenges weather they are big or small. Just allow yourself to soak in whatever you need too. Things will eventually get better.
