I don't know but I think you just have to spread things about them which will diffuse them in the school or wherever
Stand up for yourself. The bully is there because you don't trust yourself and you because you don't believe in your own abilities. You are strong, you really are,you just have to understand that for yourself!
Smile :) , a simple smiple would sort things out ! i have always thought smiling is the secret to anything :)
keep smiling !
Ignore the bully. Paying attention to a bully, gives that person all the power they need to wrap you around their finger. Ignore, however if the bully gets physical, defend yourself. (Never instigate, but if you need to defend your self, then do so.)

Don't stoop to their level, it will just make things escalate so much more than necessary.
Keep calm, getting angry or showing them that they are affecting you will just give them more reasons to carry on. If you make it clear that you don't care, then they won't bother.

Tell someone.
Finally: don't take their crap. You don't have to. Sort it out before it gets too much for you. There is never an excuse for someone to bully you.

Get some friends together and hold hands. When the bully approaches you, tell them you forgive them for what they've done. Every time, just say 'I forgive you,' and walk away. Don't let them say anything rude to you.

Tell someone and ignore ignore ignore. They just want a reaction out of you, so if you seem unamused or bored, they too will become bored and stop

Rise above it, try not to let them see that it hurts you, try to not take the bait as they only do what they do for a reaction

First I think you should tell someone that you are getting treated badly, and then ignore them and try not to be around them.
Hi! From my experience, the most effective way in which to diffuse a bully is to simply ignore them. By giving them attention, you are showing that they are capable of manipulating your emotions. While easier said than done, it works every time. Hope this helped! xo, Anna
Ignore them! Pretend they don't exist and push them out of your life. You don't need them, you're perfect as you are!
