I have been through a lot in life too, which helps me to be able to empathize with situations, thoughts and feelings that we have. Sometimes, it's not easy just being human.

The truth is, you can't control others' behavior. What you can do is voice how their behavior is making you feel and work with them to solve the issue. The best way to say it would be: "When you ignore me, I feel ______."

Perhaps you could join some after school activities, or talk to the teacher about it, and they might help you start some conversations or partner you with someone you want to hang out with. Family members are a bit harder, but the best advice I can give you is to talk about something that they're interested in. I hope that this helped.

Just be yourself and be friendly enough to talk to them.Embracing who you are will make them accept who you are as a person and talks to you

Try participating more in specific activities or conversations with your class peers or relatives. Try engaging with them as best you feel able to.

You can find out the reasons why they are ignoring you and figuring out a solution to it as well as pulling them aside at one point to discuss some ways to problem-solve in times like this.
