Perfect therapy for people who need help. I would like to say, I never can imagine it could be possible to heal people like that

Left you as in? Delibrately and Still living or unfortunately and left to heavenly aboard? Sorry to not get it clearly. Love yourself who hasnt left you even for a single breath you have taken. Further ask yourself what are you missing in yourself and try to fulfill it genuinely. I wonder 4 months and 10 days are enough to live your life again even if someone's partner dies in the state of extresmely loving you, which is the most painful loss. Rest to spent 5 years crying for anyone isnt fair enough with your own self. I hope you dont cry for the unfair reasons hereforth. Best of luck.

There's no easy way to move on and there never has been. Everybody processes pain in different ways ans there's no process or protocol that will take your pain away instantly. You take your time to grieve and perhaps seeks love and support from friends and family. Take up something that you liked doing such as reading or painting or dancing. Explore something new. And in the most respectful way, approach a professional therapist. Therapy helps in lots of ways and I hope you find something to ease your pain. You've given a lot of your years to this relationship. You're a brave soul.

I would start by surrounding myself with happy, healthy, and positive people. I would think about things I used to like to do when it was just me before I was married for five years. Time will heal the essence. Surrounding yourself with positive people will help you stay positive in any kind of situation. Five years of being with someone is a big part of your life. Sometimes it helps to talk about it and others prefer to try and forget about it. People deal with things differently that’s why I would listen and not say anything because sometimes one just needs an ear or shoulder to cry on.
