Find a hobby, work out! It's important to take your mind off it. Remmeber, you rock! You are not alone and you can do it.

Block them, and let the rants and the dwells out, try to take your mind off the situation in any way
Give it time, I think time is the only answer. Things can help like staying off their social media and not having contact, making new friends, staying single for a while etc. But time is the true answer.

Getting over your ex is never easy especially if you were together for a long time and have connected of so many things. The best thing you can do is work on yourself and try and better yourself. Do some self reflecting and dig deep. Maybe there is some new hobby you wanna take up. Hit the gym and build up your confidence put yourself in a positive situation and don't look back. Maybe there are something's you want to change about yourself and I'm not talking about hair color I mean with your personality become the person you want to be. Stay positive.
Depending on why you two chose to break up will determine if you’re better off without them. Sometimes it can be wrong timing, or them not being loyal/faithful to you and the relationship or simply because you’re not a match for each other. As much as you don’t want to hear it now, you need to understand that you don’t need to be in a relationship, you’re definitely capable of anything with or without that person in your life. Even if they weren’t for you for whatever reason, doesn’t mean you can’t find someone else. Getting over ex’s can be hard, I won’t sugar coat that for you. But it’s all depends on how YOU want to get over them. Do you want to become more indecent and learn from all of it? Sometimes people don’t need to be in relationships and need to take a step back and look at what your life is needing. Sometimes taking some time to reflect on just yourself can help you understand if your ex truly made you happy and if you want them back in your life, etc. No matter what you decide, things will be okay. Don’t blame anything on yourself, and if you two are meant to be together, it’s not the end of the world.
